A Free Shawl Knitting Pattern For Week 2 of the Pi Day MAL

The Pi Squared Shawl is a simple Pi Shawl free knitting pattern that’s perfect for beginners. A pi shawl grows in rounds based on the math of π (pi), doubling stitches at set intervals to create a flat circle. Don’t worry—I’ve done all the math for you! This version is knit entirely in soothing stockinette, making it approachable, relaxing, and a wonderful first shawl to add to your hand knit wardrobe.
✦The Pi Squared Shawl - Knit Sister knitting pattern is all laid out below. If you would like a pdf copy of it, you can pick it up for $3 from the Wool & Wyrd Webshop.
